This bamboo whisk is specially designed for preparing matcha. Bamboo is the preferred material in Japan, as it is resistant to heat and water, and does not alter the taste of the matcha. This Chasen is made up of 100 branches, a guarantee of quality and assurance that your matcha will be homogeneous, frothy and lump-free! The fine, closely-spaced branches create a light, velvety foam on the surface of your matcha for an authentic tasting experience.
