Our tips
For 1 person: plunge 100g of udon into 1L of boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring gently. Drain and rinse in cold water. Enjoy cold, zaru-style, with tsuyu sauce, or hot in a broth, with the accompaniments of your choice (tempura, chives, white daikon radish, grilled poultry, wasabi, sliced nori seaweed, etc.). This is my favorite udon! It's so authentic in texture and taste... that's to be expected because this udon comes from the Kagawa prefecture in Shikoku, which is famous for udon! Highly recommended!
